Refund & Dispute Policy
Consulting services are billed per the terms agreed before an engagement begins. If you are not satisfied with delivered work, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund for the affected work. For payment disputes, please reach out directly so we can resolve the matter before escalation.
Cancellation Policy
Engagements can be cancelled by either party with written notice. For ongoing or retainer arrangements, a 14-day notice period applies and you are only billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Prepaid amounts for work not yet performed are refunded.
Terms & Conditions
All services are provided by Mobilelitics LLC under a written agreement defining scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement. Services are advisory in nature. Confidential information shared during an engagement is kept confidential. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. By engaging Mobilelitics LLC you agree to these terms.
